What this site is

Acceptable use
Do not scrape, overload, or attack the site. Do not use the tools to generate spam, impersonate FixerCalc, or misrepresent calculator output as a licensed estimate. Do not attempt to interfere with advertising or generate invalid ad clicks or impressions.
Intellectual property
Calculator formulas, page copy, and the FixerCalc name and layout are provided for personal planning use. You may not copy the site as a competing product or republish pages in bulk without permission.
Advertising
Pages may display Google ads. Ads are labeled when we control the label. Using the calculators does not require clicking an ad. Additional terms from Google apply to the ads themselves.
